Job description

We are looking for proactive and customer-oriented IT Support Engineers to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll deliver Level 1 and 2 technical support across desktop, network, and system environments, both remotely and onsite, ensuring smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for desktops, laptops, servers, and software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues, minimizing client downtime
  • Perform onsite installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting at client locations
  • Track and resolve issues using a ticketing system, meeting defined SLAs and KPIs
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of technical activities and client interactions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in IT support, ideally in a client-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, common business applications, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and video conferencing systems is a plus
  • Valid UAE driver’s license required for client site visits
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset

Work Environment:

  • 6-day workweek, with alternate Saturdays off post-probation
  • Standard business hours, with flexibility for client needs
