We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team to provide first-level IT support and manage IT assets effectively.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage IT helpdesk requests and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and other equipment.
- Oversee the issuance, replacement, and return of IT equipment for staff.
- Ensure proper tracking and lifecycle management of all IT assets.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and recovering IT resources.
- Support periodic audits and reporting related to IT assets and licenses.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT helpdesk support and/or IT asset management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail for asset tracking.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
