Job description

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team to provide first-level IT support and manage IT assets effectively.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage IT helpdesk requests and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and other equipment.
  • Oversee the issuance, replacement, and return of IT equipment for staff.
  • Ensure proper tracking and lifecycle management of all IT assets.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and recovering IT resources.
  • Support periodic audits and reporting related to IT assets and licenses.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT helpdesk support and/or IT asset management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail for asset tracking.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
