Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic IT professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As an IT Officer, your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  1. Monitoring the operation and security of all computer hardware and ensuring proper functioning.
  2. Serving as the primary contact for servicing computers, printers, etc.
  3. Maintaining a sufficient inventory of all office and computer supplies.
  4. Keeping all hardware and software logs updated according to departmental procedures.
  5. Documenting all hardware configurations and inventory.
  6. Documenting the telephone system configuration and all MPT lines.
  7. Understanding departmental procedures and performing related tasks.
  8. Carrying out repairs and maintenance of PCs, printers, telephones, interactive systems, key lock systems, etc.
  9. Managing user access requests and authorizations (Win2000, E-mail, Opera, Micros, Novell).
  10. Responding to user requests and providing adequate support.
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally have a degree in information technology and previous experience in a similar role, with proven knowledge of operation and maintenance of equipment. A good command of English and the ability to troubleshoot and rectify subsystems are essential.
