Information Technology Manager

Location: UAE

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in the UAE F&B industry;
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle Netsuite, Micros Simphony, and FMC Inventory System

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of F&B systems including Oracle Netsuite, Simphony, and FMC;
• Develop and execute a scalable IT roadmap aligned with business needs;
• Manage IT projects with a step-by-step modular approach to ensure smooth implementation;
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team that supports operational excellence;
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business challenges and future tech needs;
• Oversee IT asset management across the group;
• Monitor and maintain all IT infrastructure: servers (hosted/in-house), software, networks, and databases;
• Provide support for hardware, cabling, wireless tech, and IT security;
• Administer hosted email environments and related tools;
• Manage relationships with internet and telecom service providers, including contracts and renewals;
• Implement robust cybersecurity measures and run regular system audits;
• Work with vendors for procurement and contract negotiations;
• Deploy BI tools and dashboards for data-driven decision making.
