Information Technology Manager

CÉ LA VI Dubai is seeking a forward-thinking and passionate IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate the standards.

IT Manager Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all IT operations, ensuring seamless technology support across the venue.
2. Implement and maintain secure and scalable systems to support business needs and guest expectations.
3. Collaborate with department heads to identify tech-driven solutions that improve service delivery and workflow.
4. Ensure the reliability and performance of all systems, including POS, AV, network infrastructure, and security.
5. Lead IT projects from concept to completion, including upgrades, installations, and integrations.
6. Proactively manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance with data protection standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in IT management within a high-end hospitality or F&B environment.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
3. In-depth knowledge of POS systems, networks, AV setups, and cybersecurity best practices.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
5. Familiarity with IT governance, licensing, and compliance.
6. Flexibility to provide support during evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.
