Job summary

Shan Foods Private Limited is seeking an Information Technology Manager to strengthen the technology landscape across the Middle East region. You will lead SAP S/4HANA implementations, drive digital transformation, and ensure IT systems and services support regional growth.

You will collaborate with global IT teams, manage IT vendors and SLAs, and guide architecture, security, and data analytics initiatives to improve business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Proven ERP implementation experience, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong vendor management, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Understanding of cybersecurity, data analytics, and regulatory compliance.

What Are We Looking For in You?

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in IT, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Proven experience in delivering enterprise technology solutions, particularly ERP implementations and secondary sales automation.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and application architecture.
• Experience in software development and process automation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean frameworks.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology service delivery.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, data analytics, and AI applications.
• Strong vendor management, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
