Information Technology (IT) Intern

Are you a motivated individual looking to kickstart your IT career? We're on the lookout for a detail-driven and analytical IT enthusiast to join our vibrant team in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE. What You Will Be Doing

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users
• Support the maintenance and updating of company databases
• Collaborate with the IT team on network administration tasks
• Participate in the development and testing of software applications
• Help maintain and update company websites and internal portals
• Assist in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures
• Contribute to the documentation of IT processes and procedures
• Participate in IT-related research and data analysis projects
• Support the setup and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals
• Assist in providing technical support to staff members as needed

Qualifications
