Job Title: IT Infrastructure & Systems Specialist – FMCG Sector (UAE)

Role Summary:

Drive the stability, scalability, and security of IT infrastructure across a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role blends hands on technical support with an oversight of cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and network operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and virtualization platforms
• Administer and optimize networking systems (LAN/WAN, firewalls,)
• Oversee Azure cloud services
• Provide technical support across hardware, software, and enterprise applications
• Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with UAE data regulations
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and IT policies across departments
• Support SAP One ERP operations, troubleshooting integration and performance issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT systems with FMCG workflows (e.g. supply chain, POS, inventory)
• Monitor system performance and lead infrastructure upgrades and patching cycles
• Maintain documentation for IT assets, configurations, and disaster recovery plans

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5–10 years of IT experience, preferably within FMCG
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure
• SAP Business One
• Windows Server, Office 365
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Location & Work Environment

• Based in Ajman, UAE
• On-site role with occasional travel to regional warehouses
