Swiss Connect Solutions is hiring an IT Coordinator for a 4 Star Beach Resort in Sharjah.

As an IT Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling all IT-related issues across the property and staff accommodation. You will ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, provide timely support, and coordinate with the Cluster IT Manager at the head office for technical escalations and strategic IT initiatives.

• Basic Salary: AED 5,000
• Service Charge
• Meals: Provided during duty hours

• Availability: Must be locally available

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT support across the hotel and staff accommodation
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain and monitor system performance and security
• Liaise with vendors and the Cluster IT Manager for upgrades and repairs
• Ensure data backup systems and IT protocols are in place and followed
