Key Responsibilities

1. Deploy and configure Healthcare IT solutions in line with client requirements.
2. Provide post-installation support and maintain high customer service standards.
3. Perform basic administrative tasks to support operational objectives.
4. Work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments while meeting deadlines.
5. Make code changes in in-house web applications and CRM using .Net programming language and SQL databases.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
