Job summary

Linnk Group is seeking a Project Manager – Information Security in Sharjah, UAE. The role focuses on leading Information Security, Cyber Security, and Data Protection initiatives within the Banking/BFSI sector to ensure secure delivery of technology programs while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.

The candidate will drive end-to-end project management using Agile and Waterfall, coordinate with IT, PMO, and business units, and maintain governance to align with ISO 27001, PCI DSS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of Information Security/Cyber Security PM experience in Banking/BFSI.
• Hands-on in enterprise security or data protection projects.
• Strong knowledge of application security, SDLC, firewalls, vulnerability management, risk, and controls.
• Experience with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, UAE IAS, SWIFT CSP, GDPR, UAE Data Protection or similar standards.
• Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA, Asana, or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Information Security and Cyber Security projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Plan and oversee scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with IT, PMO, Business, and InfoSec teams to implement secure technology solutions.
• Ensure compliance with bank Information Security policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support project governance, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal teams during security assessments and compliance reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Information Security and Cyber Security projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
