Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Information Manager for our Middle East Site Operations team. This role involves process improvements, managing construction project delivery supervision, and supporting project proposals and delivery. The ideal candidate will focus on people, processes, and technology to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or engineering with 8+ years’ experience in the AEC industry, including at least 3 years in the Middle East, with a consultancy, PMC, or contractor.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in digital delivery of multidisciplinary projects (Information Management).
  • Relevant Information Management certification (e.g., BRE, Operam Academy, RICS).
  • Desirable: Software certifications in Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, ArcGIS, Synchro, Fuzor, etc.
  • Knowledge of industry standards like LOD 300-500.
  • Experience working with stakeholders including contractors, consultants, PMCs, vendors, and clients.
Key Skills
  • Understanding of data and information management, ISO 19650 standards.
  • Knowledge of engineering design and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Proficiency with authoring tools and model federation platforms.
  • Experience with CDE platforms such as ACC, BIM360, ASITE, or ProjectWise.
  • Data visualization skills, e.g., PowerBI.
  • Desirable: Automation tools like Dynamo, extended reality applications.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing Information Management documents and understanding of MIDP/TIDP.
Responsibilities
  • Manage digital content creation, storage, and publication aligned with project standards.
  • Implement and oversee capability and capacity processes.
  • Facilitate CDE usage among project teams.
  • Supervise clash detection and resolution activities.
  • Ensure information management compliance throughout project lifecycle per industry standards.
  • Support strategic digital initiatives and ISO 19650 certification maintenance.
  • Advise on technology such as drones, satellite imagery, and point-cloud data.
  • Oversee development of construction sequencing, quantity take-offs, and extended reality models.
  • Support COBie, Uniclass, and Masterclass implementations.
  • Lead the development of asset information models and O&M data.
