WORD in Dubai is seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships and influencer-driven campaigns. You will generate leads, manage high-profile clients, and collaborate with Strategy and Marketing to craft impactful campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 1-4 years in influencer marketing sales, strong presentation skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-4 yrs of sales experience in influencer marketing space/agency selling content solutions, ad campaigns, or ad slots to brands.
• Proven experience in lead development, delivering presentations, and crafting proposals to close sales.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and opportunities through proactive outreach combining existing relationships with cold calling.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Marketing to design campaigns and strategies for brands.
• Manage high-profile client relationships with brands, agencies, and other partners.
• Oversee daily sales operations, handle empanelment processes, agreements, and paperwork, and establish monthly content delivery schedules for each client.
• Scan competitive landscape and ideate on new formats to augment revenues.
• Take full accountability for accounts from initial contact through negotiation using integrated selling techniques.
• Encourage clients to renew and enhance engagement with us.
• Develop and maintain a robust business pipeline to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Lead and mentor junior sales team members.
