What you'll do:

Join a young, aggressive, and talented team driving major missions forward. In this role, you will craft and execute dynamic social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage our audience across platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
  • Creating compelling content, including posts, videos, and stories, that align with our brand voice and resonate with our audience.
  • Identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with influencers and content creators to promote noon Minutes’ products and services.
  • Developing and executing PR campaigns to generate positive media coverage, managing press releases, and handling media inquiries.
  • Creating and participating in relevant events to enhance awareness of noon Minutes and its offerings.
  • Tracking and analyzing the performance of social media and PR campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep noon Minutes ahead of the curve.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or PR, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • A proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing online communities.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content creation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
