Ounass, The Middle East's premier luxury e-commerce platform, is looking for a strategic and data-driven Manager of Influencer Marketing to lead the growth of our influencer ecosystem across the GCC. As the Manager of Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a high-impact influencer strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and measurable ROI. From mega to micro creators, you'll lead a multi-tiered approach to influencer partnerships that aligns with Ounass's position as a fashion authority in the region.
What you will be doing
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and drive influencer marketing strategies across mega, macro, and mid-tier creators.
- Oversee micro and nano influencer initiatives through automated platforms.
- Stay ahead of social media and influencer trends in the GCC to identify growth opportunities.
- Define KPIs in collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and conversion.
Campaign Execution
- Lead the planning, briefing, execution, and optimization of paid influencer campaigns and viral activations.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand values and drive measurable impact.
- Manage campaign budgets to hit monthly performance targets.
Analytics & Optimization
- Use performance data to identify top-performing influencers and partnerships.
- Track and report ROAS, engagement, and other metrics to guide future strategies.
- Provide post-campaign analysis with actionable insights.
Influencer Relations
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with top regional influencers and KOLs.
- Negotiate contracts and manage deliverables to ensure alignment and value.
- Champion consistent brand advocacy across influencer touchpoints.
Organic Gifting & Brand Buzz
- Collaborate with the Brand team on gifting strategies that create excitement and organic reach.
- Drive creative gifting ideas that resonate with influencers and their audiences.
- Track the impact of gifting on awareness, engagement, and sales.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and lead a team of account managers and analysts.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-focused culture.
- Ensure cross-functional synergy across Marketing, Social, Creative, and PR.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing, ideally in fashion, beauty, or luxury.
- Proven success in driving acquisition and revenue through influencer-led campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of the GCC social and digital landscape.
- Highly analytical with experience in performance tracking and influencer platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
