Influencer Marketing Executive (Beauty / Luxury / Lifestyle / Perfumery)

Summary of Role:

The Influencer Marketing Executive at Afnan Perfumes will be responsible for managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns across global markets, with a focus on both organic gifting and paid collaborations. This role involves end-to-end management—from outreach and negotiation to content coordination, performance tracking, and logistics follow-up. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of influencer marketing trends within the beauty and luxury space, excellent coordination skills, and a keen sense of brand storytelling. Working from our Ajman office, this role will collaborate closely with the creative, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure influencer campaigns are impactful, timely, and aligned with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard influencers across key markets for both paid and gifting collaborations.
  • Draft clear and engaging influencer briefs tailored to campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Negotiate deliverables, rates, and timelines for paid collaborations in alignment with budget.
  • Coordinate PR box deliveries by liaising with logistics and ensuring timely dispatch and tracking.
  • Follow up with influencers to ensure on-time content delivery and alignment with creative direction.
  • Monitor and manage affiliate codes, track usage, and evaluate performance by influencer and region.
  • Maintain and organize influencer databases, performance records, and monthly activity reports.
  • Collaborate with the internal creative/content team to align on visuals, product highlights, and posting guidelines.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and influencer best practices to enhance campaign quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a global influencer network.
  • Proficient in using influencer tracking tools (IRM/Excel-based systems) and basic affiliate platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams across creative, logistics, and marketing functions.
  • Passionate about fragrances, content trends, and brand-building through creator partnerships.
