Job summary

CAPITAL CATERING AND SERVICES - SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C. is seeking an experienced inflight services leader to coordinate airline communications, enforce health and safety standards, and oversee rostering and daily operations.

You will coach staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with catering teams to ensure top-quality service. The role requires 5+ years in inflight services or similar, a Bachelor’s in hospitality or aviation, and strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Aviation Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of inflight services experience or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in aviation.

Responsibilities

• Act as central contact for all communications with airlines and stakeholders.
• Implement health and safety protocols for inflight services.
• Manage scheduling and rostering of inflight staff.
• Lead by example and foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee daily inflight operations and budget/resource management.
• Develop and implement service protocols and standards.
• Conduct regular training and development for staff.
• Prepare reports on inflight service performance and improvements.
