The role collaborates with local, regional, and global teams to optimize sales stock, shipments, and monthly closes, while managing RRP exemptions and coordinating staff and press car shipments. Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.

Mission & Main Objectives

• Carflow consolidation support and analysis
• Volume planning support (Sales/Production/Wholesale)
• Order to delivery management (order allocation & shipment)
• Reporting (sales stock orders & shipment)
• Salesforce management (sales stock & monthly closing)
• RRP (Retail Recognition Policy) request exemption approval to AMIO
• Staff/Press car ordering and shipment management

Country Specifics

• This position will be in Dubai with very minimal Travel requirements

KPIs

• SSOR timely submission to NSCs
• Monthly Order take management
• Allocation announcement to NSCs monthly
• RRP submission monthly tracking and consolidation
