Your Responsibilities:

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Lead opportunity creation and conversion: Build relationships directly with prospective WD Clients and capitalise on Infosys Aster momentum and investment by leveraging WD props to unlock opportunities Partner with senior Industry leaders to unlock opportunities (Industry Heads, Vertical Heads, MCO’s, Practise Sales).
  • Productise what we do into a repeatable Client challenged focussed approach. and an ability to manage senior level relationships for mutual benefit.
  • Grow through outreach (market engagement, event lead gen, b2b marketing, and networking).
  • Deep market expertise: Confidently understand the needs and challenges of C-Suite leadership (particularly in FS, consumer goods, telcos, manufacturing/automotive —but not exclusively).
  • Storytelling: Develop and deliver a compelling narrative that resonates with senior Client leaders, demonstrating a deep understanding of their operational context. Align WD’s expertise to address their specific business challenges.
  • Market access: Identifying, prioritising, and driving ‘top of the funnel’ channels that will ensure a significant increase in the number of quality opportunities.
  • Client engagement and sales: Manage and negotiate multiple deals and client/account relationships simultaneously, expertly navigating complex discussions and growing relationships that deliver long-term value for the companies and leaders we work with.

  • Market engagement: Leverage insights to inform and enhance market engagement activities, driving awareness and deepening relationships within our target sectors to generate interest in our offerings.
  • Brand awareness: Drive external storytelling to showcase our work, elevating our presence and reputation in the market.

Required Experience & Expertise
  • 12+ years of B2B sales experience in consulting, design and innovation.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and winning work, with ideally a black book of senior c-suite relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with expertise in identifying business opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships.
