Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services seeks an experienced Welding Technician to perform a wide range of welding, cutting and brazing on static equipment, ensuring safety and quality in maintenance, fabrication and repair tasks.

The candidate should hold a Secondary School Certificate with a welding trade certificate and have at least four years of hands-on experience in heavy industry, preferably oil and gas, with strong adherence to PTW procedures and safety norms.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in welding and repairing of static equipment within a large industrial plant, preferably in Oil and Gas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out welding, cutting and brazing on static equipment per specifications and safety standards.
• Perform hot work per PTW requirements and use PPE properly for self and colleagues.
• Maintain welding tools and report defects to supervisor; support welding on structures, tanks, furnaces, boilers and vessels.
• Assist in joint preparation and welding maps during fabrication activities.
• Participate in plant shutdowns and ensure timely completion of job activities.
