Job Overview: The Industrial Property Consultant is responsible for advising clients on the leasing, buying, and selling of industrial real estate, including warehouses, factories, and logistics facilities. The role involves market research, client relationship management, site visits, and negotiation of commercial terms. Operating in a competitive and fast-paced environment, the consultant ensures transactions comply with UAE property laws and regulations while meeting client expectations and business targets.
Responsibilities:
Identifying and sourcing suitable industrial properties for clients based on specific business requirements.
Advising clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinating property viewings, conducting site inspections, and providing detailed property analysis and comparisons.
Negotiating lease terms, sales agreements, and contract conditions between landlords, tenants, and buyers.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with landlords, developers, and corporate clients.
Preparing marketing materials, listings, and proposals to promote available properties.
Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and economic factors affecting industrial real estate.
Ensuring compliance with UAE real estate laws, municipality regulations, and RERA requirements in all transactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial real estate consultancy or commercial property sales/leasing in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, industrial zoning regulations, and market dynamics.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and property listing tools.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across sites and client meetings.
RERA certification is preferred or should be obtained within a defined timeframe.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
