Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Nursing, valid RN license and UAE DOH/DHA/MOH license, with 2-3 years of industrial or emergency experience. BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

The Industrial Nurse will be responsible for delivering immediate medical care, managing workplace injuries, conducting health assessments, and supporting employee wellness and safety programs in compliance with occupational health standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees at the worksite.
• Assess, treat, and document workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Monitor employees' health conditions and provide appropriate medical support.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in industrial, occupational health, emergency, or clinic settings.
• Experience handling workplace injuries and emergency situations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a site-based environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in industrial clinics, construction sites, manufacturing facilities, oil & gas, or remote site healthcare.
• Knowledge of occupational health and workplace safety practices.
