Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a hands-on Workshop Support role in the Abu Dhabi area. The position provides physical, logistical, and basic technical assistance to technicians and workshop operations to ensure safe, smooth maintenance activities on site.

The ideal candidate has no formal qualification required, is willing to learn, and can follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• No formal technical qualification required.
• Little or no experience in industrial or oil & gas sector.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Basic experience in industrial or maintenance environment.
• Familiar with tools, workshop practices, and safety procedures.
• Able to assist technicians more efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Provide physical, logistical, and basic technical support to technicians and workshop operations, ensuring smooth and safe execution of maintenance activities.
• Assist technicians with: Tools and equipment handling; Material preparation and movement; Loading and unloading of parts/equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workshop and work areas.
• Follow instructions from technicians, supervisors, and engineers.
• Use basic hand tools under supervision.
• Support during equipment disassembly and assembly.
• Help in organizing tools, spare parts, and consumables.
