• Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Industrial Engineer to optimize production workflows and processes across our operations. This role will involve analysing manufacturing procedures, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality in every stage of production. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse production workflows, material flow, and labour usage to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements in line with lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve throughput.
  • Collaborate with the production team, engineers, and quality control to troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Conduct time and motion studies, workflow analyses, and capacity planning to optimize production lines.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present recommendations on process enhancements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in implementing quality control measures to maintain high production standards and minimize defects.
• Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process optimization, industrial efficiency, or production improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process mapping, and efficiency improvement techniques.
  • Proficiency in analytical and simulation software tools for process and workflow analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a steel or manufacturing industry environment.
  • Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 or 45001.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
