Job Description

1. Ensure projects are technically sound and meet statutory requirements from a process engineering perspective.
2. Monitor and report on technical scope performance against project plans and benefits.
3. Define process engineering deliverables and support project estimates and execution planning.
4. Provide technical support to ensure projects are fit for purpose and meet objectives.
5. Review and approve third-party engineering content and manage scope changes with the Project Manager.
6. Coordinate resource needs and milestones with the project planner; support cost estimates.
7. Identify and manage process engineering risks, including third-party risks.
8. Ensure third-party contractors comply with quality plans and are properly contracted and pre-qualified.
9. Follow safety protocols and collaborate with teams to meet operational and maintenance goals.
10. Support maintenance projects and perform additional tasks as required by management.
11. Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined solutions that enhance productivity.
12. Conduct time and motion studies to establish baseline performance metrics and improve operational efficiency.
13. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum three (3) years of work experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing company.
3. Ability to lead, direct, and plan efficient utilization of personnel.
4. Certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing Certification are advantageous.
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
6. Understanding of blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical parts breakdown.
