Optimize Manufacturing Excellence in RAK s Growing Industrial Sector

Your Engineering Impact:

Process Optimization:

• Redesign production layouts using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (target: 15-20% efficiency gains)
• Implement Industry 4.0 solutions (IoT, automation, predictive maintenance)
• Conduct time-motion studies to eliminate waste (30% reduction target)

Operational Analytics:

• Develop digital dashboards tracking OEE, TAKT time, and quality metrics
• Lead ERP system enhancements (SAP/Oracle implementation experience preferred)
• Create simulation models using FlexSim/Arena

Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Mentor junior engineers in industrial engineering best practices
• Collaborate with RAK regulatory bodies on compliance matters
• Interface with clients for process improvement consultations

Technical Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor s in Industrial Engineering (ABET-accredited program)
• 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in manufacturing/industrial settings
• Proven expertise in:
• Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certified preferred)
• AutoCAD Factory Design
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Capacity planning software

RAK-Specific Knowledge:

• Familiarity with RAK Economic Zone (RAKEZ) regulations
• Understanding of RAK s industrial development strategy
• Experience working with RAK Ceramics/Steel industries (advantageous)
