Job description

Introduction to the role

As we continue to grow, Porsche Middle East & Africa is seeking an Individualisation Expert. In this role, you will manage and develop the Exclusive business in the PME Region, align strategies with PAG’s future goals, and provide personalised consultation services.

You will also develop training programs, handle special and limited-edition cars, and support importers with car individualisation and personalisation.

Job Responsibilities

Management and further development of the Exclusive business in the PME Region:

  • Actively steering of the Exclusive Option turnover.
  • Planning, implementation, and controlling of the Exclusive business model in the PME Region.
  • Align the Exclusive Options business strategy with PAG's overall and future strategies (e.g., Luxury strategy) to support regional projects.

Management and support of the Options & Exc. Importer / Customer Consultation Service and special projects (Sonderwunsch):

  • Consulting Importers on vehicle orders for EXC content for general ordering (Stock vehicles and Showcars).
  • Develop direct customer consultations at the PME office, dealership, or customer's residence, focusing on the full product range and special personalisation / customisation.
  • Personal VIP / UHNWI customer consultation and support.
  • Serve as the central contact and support for importers for the individualisation and personalisation of Porsche cars.
  • Advising importers on vehicle orders for I-Options and Exclusive. Supporting PME importers with regular and ad-hoc inquiries / requests.
  • Support importers in personalising and customising Porsche cars through the EXC product range and special customisation.
  • Development and professionalisation of Exclusive Manufaktur Partners, including processes and tools to maximise CXX and PTS availabilities, with regular training for importers.

Responsible for Option communication and trainings in the PME Region:

  • Developing a regional training concept to enhance customer consultation. Implementing regular and ad-hoc options training across markets for high awareness of Porsche systems (Internet Car Configurator, Dealer Car Configurator).
  • Developing specific training for PME and importer / dealer levels on Exclusive and customisation options, and overseeing EXC marketing in the PME Region, including budget management.

Management of the Exclusive Manufaktur Partner program in the PME Region:

  • Planning, establishment, and support of Exclusive Manufaktur Partners in the PME Region.
  • Exclusive Show cars ordering management.

Management of special and limited-edition cars:

  • Managing the distribution concept of the special & limited-edition cars.
  • Handling VIP requests for special and limited cars with PAG's VIP department (VPV), coordinating all VIP requests.

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other relevant field of Education.
  • 4 years experience with Premium / Luxury brand.
  • International and GCC Experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in Automotive industry and Sales, Porsche Sales experience is an advantage.
  • Team player, negotiation skills, Sales skills, attention to details, analytical skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • High level of proficiency in English. Arabic and / or German is an advantage.
