Taptap Send seeks a high‑growth leader to own P&L across India corridors, set pricing, and manage regulatory partnerships. You will define market sequencing, partnerships, and channel strategies, while shaping product requirements and customer experiences for diaspora customers.

Location options include London or Dubai, with regular travel to India and sending markets. You will build a small, dense team and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years in high-growth environments: startups, operations, consulting, finance, fintech.
• Diaspora-fluent with knowledge of the Indian diaspora or similar large markets.
• Commercially sharp with pricing, unit economics and CAC math.

Responsabilités

• The P&L ownership across India corridors: volume, gross profit and CAC.
• Strategy and sequencing of markets, channels and pricing, and RBI/regulatory awareness.
• Lead product insights to feed pricing, UX and customer support.
• Build and mentor a team of FX advisors and growth managers.
