  • Audit the 'List of Voided Restaurant Checks' for proper approvals and explanations.
  • Review guest ledger balances daily and investigate questionable transactions.
  • Conduct surprise cash counts of cashier’s floats.
  • Reconcile revenue, Municipality Fee, VAT, and Service Charges daily, ensuring timely submission of statutory fees and taxes.
  • Prepare discrepancy reports and Management Information reports based on daily audit findings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in hotel or resort costing.
  • Good understanding of accounting requirements.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and tactical skills.
