Job description

You will make your mark as an accountant at our Abu Dhabi branch office. You will be part of our finance shared service centre (FSSC) supporting administration worldwide in various areas of accounts.

You will be working from our Abu Dhabi office and will be part of our Abu Dhabi finance team consisting of around 75 people from different backgrounds. You will be involved in processes from record procurement to pay master data and other general finance-related tasks.

Your responsibilities as an Accountant are:

  • Assisting projects in Asia by providing finance support.
  • Managing all financial transactions from record to report.
  • Invoice processing, checking, and cost coding.
  • Liaising with various business units and project sites to provide continuous support.
  • Making specifications, reconciliations, and analysis on various aspects of the accounts.
  • Monthly or quarterly management reporting.

Your qualities:

You can make your mark as an accountant if you have:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational company or multicultural environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning Software (preferred Infor LN, Basware & Vena).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze work processes and suggest improvements.
  • Proactive in suggesting changes for improvement and confident to speak up to management if necessary.
