Job summary

Repton School Dubai invites an inspirational Inclusion Teacher to join in August 2026. The role focuses on supporting Key Stage 2 students with SEN within a mainstream Junior School, fostering inclusive practice across classrooms.

Candidates should hold a PGCE or related degree, with a recognised SEN qualification and QTS. Experience delivering IEPs, ELPs, and using assistive technology is essential to drive excellent learning outcomes and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• PGCE or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• A recognised SEN qualification is mandatory.
• Qualified teacher status with proven experience working with students with SEN in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school staff to support the inclusion of students with special educational needs in mainstream classrooms.
• Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
• Plan and deliver adapted core lessons that meet identified learning needs.
• Provide guidance to teachers on implementing inclusive classroom practices.
• Monitor the progress and data of students with SEN and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues and external specialists to secure the best outcomes for students.
