Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inclusive education and/or school leadership.
• Experience working within UAE schools and familiarity with local regulatory expectations.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child-protection practices.
• Experience leading inclusion and student-support programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision‑making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the school's strategic vision and align inclusion practices with goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen inclusive education across the school.
• Collaborate with leadership, teachers, support staff, students, and parents on inclusion-related matters.
• Promote effective teaching and learning strategies for diverse student needs.
• Strengthen curriculum planning, assessment, and classroom practice for inclusion.
• Coach teachers through observations and feedback; contribute to CPD programs.
• Monitor student progress and coordinate appropriate interventions.
• Act as the designated safeguarding lead and oversee child-protection procedures.
