Job summary

iCademy Middle East is seeking an Inclusion Support Learning Coach to deliver tailored academic assistance for KG–12 students, utilizing targeted interventions and individualized learning plans.

The role partners with senior leadership, learning coaches, families, and external specialists to promote an inclusive learning environment and to support placement assessments, ILPs, and student progress across grades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or Education with specialization in Special Education (Master’s preferred).
• Formal training or certification in special education or inclusive education.
• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting students with special needs in KG-12.
• Experience developing Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and related documents.
• High level of English proficiency and familiarity with online/blended learning.
• Strong instructional and interpersonal skills; able to tutor and support learning.
• Proficiency with educational technology platforms and MS Office.
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive teaching practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored academic support for KG–12 students through targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with leadership, learning coaches, families, and external specialists.
• Support placement assessments and student support meetings while upholding integrity.
• Develop Individual Learning Plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Make accommodations per ILP and participate in Student Support Team meetings.
• Guide students through curriculum, monitor progress, attendance, and grades.
• Develop or source additional learning resources and invite participation in Live sessions.
• Liaise with parents about progress and attend conferences with teachers and guardians.
