Key Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound tour operations including planning and executing itineraries for FITs and group tours

• Respond to inbound queries prepare quotations and customize packages as per client needs

• Coordinate with hotels transport providers guides and activity organizers

• Maintain strong relations with B2B travel partners and walk-in B2C clients

• Ensure smooth operations from arrival to departure maintaining top-notch customer experience
