Contribute to store profitability by :
- Meeting or exceeding sales and KPI targets within the store through flawless visual merchandising
- Coordinating team members to provide a leading shopping experience
- Assuming Store Manager responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager and Store Supervisor
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and analyze performance data and make necessary adjustments to drive commercial success, primarily within VM
- Allocate resources and organize processes within visual merchandising to drive efficiency and productivity, including maintenance, layout, floor plans, in-store communication, reporting, and cost control
- Drive product presentation and best practices within visual merchandising for a meaningful customer experience, from sell-in to sell-through
- Be a role model for customer service, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Supervise and support the team to ensure optimal customer service at all times
- Lead the team to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Be a Brand Ambassador, exhibiting Brand Attitude and Values consistently
- Use advanced category expertise to boost sales and customer loyalty in your area
- Lead training on visual merchandising techniques and guidelines, supporting marketing concepts and brand campaigns, along with foundational and seasonal product knowledge training
- Coordinate team efforts to execute and maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards according to global and local directives, including key article placement and alignment with buying and merchandising timelines
- Manage merchandise delivery processing on the day of arrival
- Maintain an organized stockroom and oversee sales floor replenishment to ensure product availability and accessibility
- Implement all applicable loss prevention procedures
- Maintain a safe and productive shopping and working environment
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and motivation of store team members to enhance performance
- Share best practices to improve overall store team performance and implement market Visual Merchandising strategies
- Support market Visual Merchandising strategies through coaching and support of Visual Merchandising Champions
- Complete relevant training programs and apply learnings on the job
- Continuously seek coaching and learning opportunities to improve performance

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
- Minimum 12 months experience in a sports/fashion retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales, including supervisory experience
- Intermediate numeracy and literacy skills; advanced verbal communication skills
