Job summary

Amazon Middle East and North Africa FZ-LLC is seeking a talented Instock Manager to oversee planning, inventory health, and vendor coordination for our fashion category. You will drive replenishment and optimize systems to maximize in-stock availability and profitability.

In this role you will partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver rapid analysis, implement process improvements, and steer cross-functional projects that improve customer experience and cost structure across retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline.
• 5+ years experience in operations, IT, retail, consulting and/or finance, with history of owning/driving results.
• Experience leading process improvement, systems development, and project management.
• 3+ years of with Excel experience.
• 4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory availability and inventory health including: improved in-stock, inventory planning, vendor operational improvement (efficiency, fill rates, lead times).
• Partner with vendor managers and marketing managers in driving sales and profitability growth.
• Work on key system inputs to achieve highly automated replenishment.
• Work with various internal teams to help drive tools and process improvements that affect purchasing and vendor management workflows.
• Drive complex business analysis to identify opportunities to improve cost structure and profitability.
• Drive cross-functional system and process improvement projects.
