Job summary

Boeing in Dubai seeks a Fleet Program Manager to align with BCA models and regional customers, supporting the Fleet Chief Office, Service Engineering, Field Service and Airline partners.

The role requires coordinating with procurement and SC leadership to drive customer actions, establish relationships, and support regional engagements with suppliers, ERM/TRM reviews, and executive meetings.

Position Overview

Fleet Program Managers (FPM) are aligned by specific BCA model(s) or Regional Customers, who support the Fleet Chief Office, Service Engineering, Field Service, Airline Support Engineers or Regional Vice Presidents.

• Work Actions, issues, and concerns identified by customers
• Take ownership and drive resolution on top supplier fleet issues
• Employ program and project management best practices to support the fleet

Typical Education / Experience

Relocation

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable UAE law.
