Job summary

Kerzner International Management’s One&Only One Za'abeel in Dubai is seeking an Order Taker for In-Room Dining. You will be the first point of contact for guests, accurately taking orders, recommending menu items, and coordinating with culinary and service teams to ensure timely delivery in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate has experience in Food & Beverage or Guest Services, strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage or Guest Services.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of POS systems; English fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take guest dining orders accurately from in-room guests.
• Recommend menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and accuracy in a fast-paced luxury setting.
