POSITION SUMMARY

Ensure staff works together as a team to provide optimal service and meet guest needs. Inspect grooming and attire of staff and address any deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing premises. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness. Conduct scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.

Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy. Follow all company, safety, and security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications. Maintain a professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge guests according to standards, anticipate and address service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and thank guests sincerely. Communicate clearly and professionally. Develop positive working relationships, support team efforts, and respond appropriately to colleagues' concerns. Ensure quality standards are met and seek ways to improve efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost savings. Read and verify information in various formats, inspect tools and equipment, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, moving objects, and navigating confined spaces. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Related Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years
