Position: Social Media Content Creator & Growth Lead
Location: Dubai (In-House, Full-Time)
Brands: Founder Personal Brand (Moyn) & BE

We’re building a media machine — and we need a content killer to drive it.

If you:

1. Need to be told what to post
2. Are slow to spot trends
3. Haven’t created content that gets real traction
4. Don’t have receipts (metrics, wins, proof)

This isn’t for you.

But if you:

1. Have grown accounts fast (0 to 50K+, 100K+, etc.)
2. Think in hooks, headlines, and scroll-stopping content
3. Can lead a content team and turn a single idea into a week’s worth of fire
4. Want to work in a high-performance environment

Let’s talk.

What You’ll Own

1. Full social media strategy and execution across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & LinkedIn
2. A daily/weekly content engine built around the founder personal brand and BE’s growth narrative
3. Trend tracking and fast implementation (if it’s hot, we post today, not next week)
4. Leading and coordinating the in-house video editor, designer, writer, and videographer
5. Writing (or overseeing) hooks, headlines, captions, and CTAs that convert views to followers
6. Content performance tracking, reporting, and iteration
7. Building our short-form content volume and velocity — minimum 4–5 posts per week, per brand

What Success Looks Like

1. High engagement growth on all platforms
2. 2–3 viral pieces of content monthly
3. Clear positioning of the founder as a visionary brand in the affiliate SaaS space
4. Daily inbound leads and community buzz from organic content
5. Consistent publishing, clear creative direction, and performance-focused feedback

Required Experience

1. 2–4 years managing and growing founder-led or brand social media accounts
2. You’ve grown at least one account 50K+ organically — and can show us how
3. You’ve created short-form content that went viral (and know why it did)
4. Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn
5. Strong understanding of hooks, captions, trends, content pacing, visual storytelling
6. Proven ability to lead creatives and get content shipped
7. Bonus: Experience in entrepreneurship, personal branding, SaaS, trading, or affiliate spaces

1. Corporate marketers who just “run strategy”
2. Designers or editors without growth thinking
3. People who treat content like a checklist
4. Followers. We want a leader who owns the outcome
