Services Specialist is required to perform services and maintenance activities of customer units at our in-house service facility. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair, calibrate, and refurbish sold or existing Visual products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage service facilities, and maintain service and inventory records.

As a Service Specialist, you shall be responsible for:

• Independently handling the In-House repairs activities of Remote Visual Inspection products.
• Conducting Remote Visual Product demonstrations and technical discussions when required.
• Ensuring workplace safety and adhering to Company Quality & HSE policies.
• Communicating with customers and factory engineering/tech support teams to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Working together with people from the business unit.
• Monitoring inventory and re-ordering materials when needed.
• Managing diagnostics, quotations preparation, customer orders, and payment follow-up.
• Following designated turnaround time for maintenance and calibration work.
• Maintaining records related to repair service activities and calibration/maintenance records of the tools used at the service center.

To be successful you will:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Remote Visual Inspection products and their applications.
• Possess hands-on experience in repair and calibration activities for Borescope equipment.
• Have good communication skills and knowledge of writing business emails.
• Be proficient in understanding and handling customer service-related issues.
• Be adaptable to company processes and a team player.
• Have knowledge of HSE and 6S.
