- Talent Sourcing and Recruitment Planning
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
- Screening and Interview Coordination
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience Management
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide a positive and engaging experience.
- Offer Management and Negotiation
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms when necessary, and ensure timely acceptance or feedback from candidates.
- Background Checks and Documentation
- Coordinate background verification, reference checks, and ensure all necessary employment documentation is completed before onboarding.
- New Hire Onboarding
- Organize and conduct orientation sessions, ensure timely provisioning of systems/access, and help new employees integrate smoothly into the company.
- HRIS and Data Entry
- Maintain accurate records of employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS) and update recruitment metrics and reports regularly.
- Collaboration with Department Heads
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, job specifications, and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
- Exit Formalities and Offboarding
- Facilitate the exit process, including conducting exit interviews, collecting company assets, and ensuring compliance with offboarding procedures.
- Recruitment Process Improvement
- Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements in sourcing, selection, onboarding, and exit processes.
Job Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
