- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company.
- Screening and Interview Coordination

- Candidate Experience Management
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide a positive and engaging experience.
- Offer Management and Negotiation

- Background Checks and Documentation

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, job specifications, and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
- Exit Formalities and Offboarding
- Facilitate the exit process, including conducting exit interviews, collecting company assets, and ensuring compliance with offboarding procedures.
- Recruitment Process Improvement
- Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements in sourcing, selection, onboarding, and exit processes.
Job Requirements
- Education
