Job summary

EVB is seeking a lawyer or contracts specialist to perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises, while reviewing AI responses to contract scenarios to improve model performance.

The role requires translating legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems and collaborating with product and research teams to refine data and guidelines for AI-driven contract review in a fast-paced, in-house environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Expertise in negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios to improve model performance.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI performance on contract tasks.
