The MENATI In Country Value (ICV) & Localization Leader is a key role supporting local content requirements and driving business growth.

Partner with the best

You will use your experience to solve problems, develop and execute short-term and long-term business goals, and provide periodic updates.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the localization strategy to position the company competitively in In Country Value (ICV) for bids and reviews across the MENATI region.
  • Partnering with regional and global leaders to drive localization initiatives, including reliance on local supply chains, expanding local manufacturing, and developing local talent.
  • Supporting localization requirements in commercial bids and developing strategies for business growth.
  • Presenting to top leadership to demonstrate growth opportunities, progress, and support needs.
  • Leading complex projects with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Engaging with government and customer leadership to discuss localization priorities and showcase progress.
  • Overseeing the ICV certification process to ensure proper capturing of local content.
  • Partnering with relevant functions to ensure compliance and optimize processes related to customer and government incentives.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Have at least 7 years of experience in ICV, supply chain projects, or financial audits.
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Be comfortable presenting to senior and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects.
  • Have strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to analyze, influence, and obtain support.
  • Be fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Be legally authorized to work in UAE without sponsorship.
