Job summary

TECCODD CAREERS seeks an Integrated Management Systems & IT Lead to maintain and improve the IMS and ensure ISO standards compliance, overseeing the company’s business technology and information systems, partnering with external IT providers to keep systems secure and reliable.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Integrated Management Systems and ISO standards.
• ISO 9001 knowledge; exposure to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 desirable.
• Experience coordinating audits and compliance activities.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and business systems.
• Experience working with external IT providers.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the IMS and ensure ISO compliance.
• Coordinate audits, certifications, and maintain policies and documentation.
• Oversee technology environment and external IT provider relationships.
• Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint and business applications.
• Promote quality culture and provide mentoring and training.
• Build relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.
