As the company continues to grow and expand, we are seeking a skilled Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of our cutting-edge track and trace system.

Requirements

  • Implement and configure track and trace software for clients;
  • Tailor system settings to meet local business practices and regulatory requirements;
  • Translate complex regulatory frameworks into clear, actionable steps for clients;
  • Oversee system integration, testing, onboarding, and ongoing support;
  • Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams;
  • Deliver training sessions and provide continuous functional and technical support;
  • Collect client feedback and collaborate with the product team to drive improvements.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT implementation or functional consulting;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience;
  • Solid understanding of business processes, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or regulatory compliance;
  • Experience in regulated industries is an advantage;
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation, coordination, and issue-tracking capabilities;
  • Familiarity with APIs, integration workflows, and system testing methodologies;
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher); Arabic is a strong plus.
