Job Description

Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking an Implementation Consultant. This role involves setup/installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or process designs for clients' purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions. The individual will work independently and closely with senior consultants on requirements gathering, application configuration, testing, and training.

Responsibilities include managing client access, data transfer, creating process documentation, training users, testing systems, and troubleshooting functionality.

  • Identify and document technical issues for escalation.
  • Provide feedback for product and process improvements.
  • Work on-site or remotely with clients.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities.
  • Train and support less experienced peers.
  • Maintain adherence to customer service objectives and support contracts.
  • Interface with end users and partners for requirements and support.
  • Potentially act as technical lead on projects.
  • Identify additional product/service opportunities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Be prepared to visit customer locations daily during project execution.
