Job summary

Nabat is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex environmental projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires balancing priorities, mitigating risks, and delivering sustainable outcomes with multi-stakeholder collaboration.

The candidate should have 5+ years in environmental project management, with knowledge of mangrove or coastal ecosystems preferred. A PMP or similar certification is a plus, English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Ecology, Sustainability, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage project strategies, objectives, timelines, and execution plans across multiple environmental projects.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of projects from initiation to closeout within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient resource utilization.
• Draft, review, and edit high-quality technical environmental reports and assessments.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks to minimize impact on delivery.
