Job summary

Ecojob in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale initiatives in Bani Yas City. You will drive project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

You will manage budgets over USD 1 million, work with remote teams, and report to stakeholders. A Bachelor's in business management is required, with a Master's preferred; minimum 5 years in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field (minimum).
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar Project Manager role.
• Experience delivering projects with budgets over USD 1 million preferred.
• Experience coordinating remote teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of project plans and track progress against plans throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage workflows, resources, budgets and timelines.
• Establish clear roles and responsibilities for each team member.
• Monitor progress, remove roadblocks, and support the team.
• Develop reports, presentations, and metrics for stakeholders.
• Identify risks or issues that could delay objectives.
• Liaise with external partners or vendors as needed.
• Ensure quality control throughout all stages.
• Recommend process improvements.
